Pathogen Genomics Center of Excellence for Education
The PGCoE Education Program offers free, self-paced online courses to build practical skills in pathogen genomic epidemiology for public health professionals. Developed by the CDC-funded PGCoE network, the courses provide foundational and technical knowledge to strengthen workforce competencies, support outbreak investigations, and enhance collaboration across teams.
